Instructors

Eric Williams is a graduate of Limestone College.  He holds bachelors Degrees in both Business Management and Marketing along with a MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Limestone College.  Eric is currently the Building Official for the City of West Columbia, SC.   He has been inspecting Residential and Commercial construction for over 12 years.  During those 12 years he has inspected all trades (Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical), both Residentially and Commercially.  Eric has served as the lead inspector on multiple commercial projects including Palmetto Health Baptist Parkridge Hospital located in Columbia, SC, LPL Financial, and Lash Group both located in Fort Mill, SC.  Eric currently holds 30 ICC certifications including Master Code Professional, Building Official, and Housing Code official.  Eric has been teaching classes to coworkers and employees for the last five years.
